Archive of the Sky: Goran Ćetković Brings Birds in Flight to Rome

Montenegrin artist Goran Ćetković returns to Rome with Archive of the Sky (Inventario del Cielo), his latest cycle of paintings, presented from November 5 at Galleria d’Arte Sesto Senso in Via Margutta.

Starting from the seemingly ordinary image of birds in flight, Ćetković creates a deeply introspective visual journey. Birds gradually lose their naturalistic form to become signs, movements and emotions, suspended between earth and sky, reality and imagination. The sky itself becomes a metaphor for inner freedom, spiritual aspiration and the human desire to move beyond the limits of everyday life.

Through expressive brushstrokes, contrasts of light and shadow and changing chromatic tensions, the works trace a path from turmoil to transformation and, finally, towards a possible sense of balance. Observed as a whole, Archive of the Sky becomes a silent narrative about the inner movement of human beings: a story told not through words, but through color, gesture and rhythm.
